Role Description

The Bilingual Account Executive for the Quebec market will own the full sales cycle, from first touch to closed deal. Responsibilities include:

• Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales cycle and annual revenue targets; design the playbook.
• Pipeline Generation: Build your own pipeline through cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, and events.
• Full Sales Cycle: Manage prospecting through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Territory Development: Map your market, identify best-fit practices, and implement a consistent strategy.
• Data-Driven Growth: Utilize HubSpot and CRM insights for accurate forecasting and strategy adjustments.
• Cross-Functional Magic: Share field insights with product and marketing teams to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual – French and English
• 3-5+ years of B2B Sales experience (full-cycle experience preferred)
• Background in dental is required
• Proven track record of building pipeline independently
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment
