Role Description

Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping people understand their options and make confident decisions? Fisher Organization is expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as Benefits Representatives.

In this role, you'll:

• Meet virtually with individuals and families
• Learn about clients' needs and priorities
• Explain available benefit and life insurance solutions
• Conduct virtual presentations and answer client questions
• Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Work toward individual performance and career-development goals

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, recruiting, healthcare, or other people-focused roles can be helpful, but is not required.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain a state life insurance license
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• No previous insurance experience required — training is provided
