[Hiring] Benefits Representative @Eldred Region - Aflac

Role Description

In this role, you’ll maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. You’ll conduct both virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. You’ll also provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support, while staying engaged through team meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Life/Health insurance license (or willingness to quickly obtain one)
• Proven industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
• At least 18 years old
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
• Education requirement: High school diploma or higher
• Welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds including leadership experience, healthcare, teaching, ministry, military, public service, logistics/dispatch, and call center or telemarketing roles
