Role Description

The Service Business Development Center (BDC) Outbound Specialist serves as a liaison between automotive dealerships and their customers. This role focuses on developing and managing customer relationships to maximize appointment scheduling through outbound phone calls and external platforms such as Kelley Blue Book, Autotrader, email, and other communication channels. The BDC Outbound Specialist may assist in multiple operational areas as needed to ensure exceptional customer service and support dealership objectives.

• Comfort and confidence working extensively on the phone
• Familiarity with external platforms such as Kelley Blue Book and Autotrader
• Basic computer proficiency and professional phone etiquette
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• USB headset
• Quiet, distraction-free home office environment
• Computer with at least:
  • 1.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 GB RAM
  • Google Chrome installed
• Minimum 1+ year of Sales, Call Center, or BDC experience
• At least 2 years of customer/client service experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience with or knowledge of automotive dealerships
