Role Description

Are you a high-producing B2B salesperson ready to take the next step into leadership? We’re looking for a proven sales professional who can sell first, then build and lead a team. This is not a traditional management role. You’ll continue to personally produce while developing the skills, systems, and team needed to scale a high-performing B2B sales organization.

• Prospect, sell, negotiate, and close B2B opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Sell innovative solutions in water technology, fintech, and AI.
• Establish yourself as a top individual producer.
• Help recruit, train, coach, and develop future sales reps.
• Build repeatable sales processes and help drive team revenue.
• Grow from top producer → sales leader → team builder.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience and a track record of producing results.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Competitive, driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Someone who wants to lead a team without losing their edge as a salesperson.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, water, AI, or another complex B2B environment is a plus.

Requirements

• $50,000 base salary + commission
• $200,000/year earning potential
• Your upside is tied directly to your ability to produce results and build a successful sales organization.
