Role Description

This is a remote position. Before Applying: Please note that this position is strictly open to Pakistani applicants only.

We are looking for a lethal Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the tip of the spear for our revenue team. You will be solely focused on your outbound dialing for HORW’s internal growth campaigns.

This is a 100% hunter role. You are not answering inbound support tickets. You are picking up the phone, calling cold/warm lists, bypassing gatekeepers and booking qualified discovery calls with high-level decision-makers.

Your objective is simple: Sell the meeting, not the service.

What Will You Actually Do

• Execute aggressive daily outbound calling and emailing blocks targeting Founders, VPs of HR, and technical C-suites.
• Navigate complex corporate phone trees to get the actual decision-maker on the line.
• Internalize and execute our proprietary GTM playbooks, scripts and objection-handling battlecards without sounding like a robot.
• Qualify prospects against strict BANT criteria on the fly and book introductory calls directly onto our closing executives' calendars.
• Maintain flawless data hygiene and activity logging within our CRM/Sales Engagement stack.

Qualifications

• Fearless on the Phones: Rejection is just data to you. When someone hangs up, you dial the next number with the same energy. You have zero call reluctance.
• Peer-to-Peer Communicator: You possess a highly articulate, neutral English accent. You do not sound like a subservient telemarketer; you speak to C-suites with authority, brevity, and confidence.
• Highly Coachable: You thrive on critical feedback. You study your call recordings and instantly apply adjustments to your script delivery.
• Business Acumen: You don’t need to be a technical engineer. You just need to know how to articulate business pain points (time, money, scale) to technical leaders.

Requirements

• You are afraid of the phone and prefer hiding behind automated emails.
• You freeze up when a CEO asks a challenging question or cuts you off.
• You need a manager to hold your hand, motivate you and tell you to keep dialing.
• You are easily offended by rejection or direct feedback.
