Role Description

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to support a U.S.-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving small businesses. The ideal candidate is a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who can engage prospects, identify business needs, and turn opportunities into paying clients. Your primary responsibility will be to turn those opportunities into meaningful conversations and successfully closed deals.

• Engage prospective U.S. business clients through outbound calls and follow-up communications.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Use the company's proprietary sales platform to identify and manage sales opportunities.
• Understand prospects' IT support and technology consulting needs.
• Communicate the value of managed IT services and AI-driven business solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close new business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the U.S. market.
• Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with U.S. business owners.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently and using sales technology.
• Results-driven mindset with demonstrated sales performance.

Requirements

• Experience selling Managed IT Services, MSP solutions, or technology consulting.
• Familiarity with Seamless.ai or similar prospecting platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-powered business solutions and automation.
• Experience selling to small businesses with fewer than 50 employees.
• Familiarity with the U.S. East Coast business environment.
