This is a strategic, client-facing, and highly collaborative role focused on growing the B2B Sales Practice across the Americas. You will help shape regional GTM strategy, support high value sales pursuits, and enable commercial teams to win more business.
You will work across sales, solutions, account management, and leadership teams to strengthen pipeline momentum, improve sales readiness, and bring our B2B Sales value proposition to life in the market.
What Youβll Do

Shape GTM Strategy:

Help define and evolve the B2B Sales GTM strategy for the Americas.

Identify priority markets, industries, buyer needs, and growth opportunities.

Align regional priorities with the broader global sales strategy.

Support the rollout of B2B Sales offerings across existing clients and new prospects.

Drive Sales Enablement:
-
Support and energize the B2B Sales pipeline across the region.
-
Equip sales, solutions, and account teams with the knowledge, messaging, and tools they need to succeed.

Develop training and ramp-up approaches to improve commercial readiness.

Act as a coach and subject matter expert to help teams strengthen deal quality and win rates.

Support Strategic Sales Opportunities:

Proactively target priority accounts for B2B Sales opportunities, together with seller/account teams.

Partner with sellers and account teams on key pursuits.
-
Contribute to solutioning, RFPs, bids, and client presentations.

Help articulate compelling B2B Sales value propositions for both new logo and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Build strong relationships across internal teams and stakeholders.

Influence in a matrixed environment by bringing credibility, clarity, and energy.

Help scale the practice by creating alignment, momentum, and shared understanding.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or closely related commercial roles.

Experience in sales operations, sales enablement, GTM strategy, inside sales and business development, and in revenue growth programs.

Experience supporting client-facing commercial initiatives or complex sales motions.

Ability to build and support practical go-to-market strategies.

Experience enabling teams to improve pipeline progression and commercial performance.

Comfortable supporting strategic pursuits and translating client needs into compelling solutions.

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Confidence engaging with internal stakeholders and client-facing audiences.

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful.

Able to take initiative, create structure, and move work forward.

Requirements

The base salary range for this position is USD $100k - $120k, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
