Role Description

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery through close and onboarding handoff. Your responsibilities include:

• Running 15+ discovery calls per week with C-level and Director-level U.S. buyers.
• Nurturing 'not now' leads until timing is right.
• Keeping HubSpot clean with every deal staged and every next step set.
• Collaborating with Support and Ops for smooth client transitions.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in SaaS, subscription, outsourcing, professional services, or tech.
• B2C sales experience in insurance, real estate, financial products, retail finance, automotive, or telecom.
• Outbound sales experience in cold calling, SDR/BDR roles, field sales, or door-to-door.
• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management with aggressive upselling behavior.
• Any role where you carried a number, owned a pipeline, and were personally accountable for results.

Requirements

• Consultative approach to uncover pain before pitching.
• Fluent in English at C1 or C2 level.
• CRM discipline, preferably with HubSpot or equivalent.
• Self-accountable and ownership of your numbers.
