Role Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking a proactive, execution-minded Account Manager to own a portfolio of clients across B2B professional services and luxury travel and hospitality. Operating at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution, this fractional role starts at 40 to 50 hours per month with clear room to scale as you prove your value. You will receive thorough onboarding on systems, tools, and standard operating procedures. From there, you will take ownership, manage client relationships directly, and drive work forward autonomously.

The company runs specialised Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and sales programmes for a curated group of high-standard clients. They operate as strategic partners rather than transactional vendors. You will hold yourself to the same exceptional quality standards their clients maintain in their respective industries.

• Direct Account Ownership: Manage end-to-end client relationships, communication, and campaign delivery; you own the output and follow-through.
• Hands-on Execution: Blend strategic thinking with daily execution, applying agency SOPs and workflows consistently.
• Process Optimisation: Identify bottlenecks early, leveraging modern technology and AI tools to streamline account management and delivery.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor account health and campaign performance continuously to catch potential issues before they impact the client.

Qualifications

• Background as a Virtual Assistant, Account Manager, or Project Manager (agency experience managing repeatable daily workflows is strongly preferred).
• Highly comfortable adopting new systems, software, and AI productivity tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all client and team touchpoints.
• Solid understanding of modern marketing principles and workflow dependencies.
• Highly self-motivated, organised, and proactive. You take initiative without needing micromanagement.
