[Hiring] B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter @Remote VA

Role Description

We are currently hiring experienced B2B Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to join our team. We are looking for confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments. Experience selling services to eCommerce businesses is highly preferred.

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to eCommerce businesses and merchants
• Introduce and explain company services professionally
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication pipelines
• Update CRM systems with accurate notes and activity
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

• Previous B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience is required
• Experience selling services to eCommerce companies is a strong advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Experience using CRM systems
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Requirements

• Schedule: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Full-time position
