Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter with strong outbound sales experience. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to B2B prospects, generating interest, and scheduling in-person meetings for the sales team. You will follow structured scripts while adapting your communication style to maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
• Schedule in-person appointments for the sales team
• Follow and effectively execute provided call scripts
• Identify and engage with decision-makers
• Target key industries such as:
• Cleaning companies
• Condominiums
• Hotels
• Clinics and hospitals
• Restaurants
• Track all activities and interactions in CRM systems
• Conduct follow-ups to secure appointments
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound calling and high-volume outreach
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales process
• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and activities
• Ability to handle objections and follow structured sales scripts
• Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish communication skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• High level of resilience, discipline, and goal orientation
