[Hiring] Azure, Data & AI Sales Executive @SSC HR Solutions

Role Description

• Drive enterprise sales for Microsoft Azure and Data & AI solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and Infrastructure Managers.
• Understand customer business and technical requirements and position the most suitable Microsoft solutions.
• Promote and sell the following solutions:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Azure AI Services
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Azure Backup & Disaster Recovery
  • Azure Security
  • Infrastructure Migration
  • Managed Azure Services
• Work closely with technical and presales teams to deliver solution presentations, demos, and customer proposals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and participate in contract negotiations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on Microsoft cloud technologies, AI offerings, and market trends.
• Develop opportunities for cloud migration, modernization, and managed services engagements.
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience selling Microsoft Azure or comparable cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including Virtual Machines (VMs), networking, storage, and identity management.
• Good knowledge of Azure migration, cloud modernization, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data platforms.
• Experience selling managed cloud services, cloud subscriptions, and infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with presales teams.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and work toward quarterly and annual targets.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Experience selling into GCC markets is highly preferred.
• Microsoft Azure sales or technical certifications are considered a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
