Role Description

As a key contact and liaison for clients, you will ensure their total satisfaction by:

• Interacting with clients and associates on an ongoing basis.
• Providing timely, professional, and courteous support.
• Sharing financial knowledge, education, and strategies for business matters, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning.
• Developing customized financial plans that fit clients' unique needs and goals.
• Helping clients understand their financial situation and providing expert advice on improvement.
• Guiding clients through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
