Role Description

We're hiring an Associate Account Executive to generate an outbound pipeline for a team of Account Executives selling the food and beverage industry's most trusted intelligence platform.

• Your first year is built around prospecting.
• You'll spend it generating pipeline, learning this industry, and learning how we sell data.
• The role is designed to lead into a full-cycle selling seat with defined criteria.
• If you want a closing seat and want to earn it, this is the on-ramp.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated outbound prospecting experience, as an SDR or BDR, or in a full-cycle sales role with real outbound responsibility.
• A track record of ramping quickly, or clear early signal of it.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound and the discipline to hold activity targets without losing quality.
• Sharp written and verbal communication.
• A bias toward action: curious, coachable, resourceful, unbothered by rejection.
• Clear ambition toward a full-cycle selling role.

Requirements

• You're a hunter; outbound energizes you.
• Time in food and beverage, hospitality, or CPG, distribution, foodservice, a manufacturer, restaurant tech.
• You're either newer to sales wanting to learn pipeline generation properly or already selling full-cycle and wanting to join a stable market leader.
• You're clear-eyed about the trade and taking a prospecting-first year on purpose.

Compensation & Eligibility

This role is open to candidates currently residing in and authorized to work in either the United States or Canada. The base salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 USD, plus commission. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, relevant experience, and work location.
