[Hiring] Area Sales Manager @LEMKEN GmbH & Co. KG

Role Description

As an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for MB & SK, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities in the assigned area
• Further building up the LEMKEN brand in the area and extending the business
• Implementation of sales programs and monitoring of dealer stock
• Actively organizing individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs, and sales promotion activities
• Motivating and expanding an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
• Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
• Recognizing market and innovation trends and working closely with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D at the headquarters in Germany

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a Sales, Service, or Product Management position in agricultural equipment
• Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery, and dealer relations for the sales of agricultural machines in the sales area
• Good technical understanding as well as high level of communication and intercultural skills
• Commitment and ability to work in a growing team
• Experienced with MS Office and comfortable with new technology
• Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
