[Hiring] Area Sales Manager @Johnson Controls

Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager (account) to be a part of a very close-knit team to grow within Johnson Control Security Division.

• Responsible for prospecting new customers on the Italian market and contributing to profitable growth in the region.
• Organize prospection and agenda autonomously, reporting in Salesforce customer relationship software.
• Promote products through presentations or demonstrations, explaining advantages of intrusion solutions.
• Participate in events such as exhibitions and organize training sessions on customer sites and remotely.
• Keep customers informed of the latest solutions and new products.
• Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to implement actions and tools necessary for sales development.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with other departments and staff to support business development and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Proven track record of selling technical products within the Security Market.
• In-depth knowledge of the electronic security market.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office platform.
• Sufficient level of written and spoken English.
• Preferably live in Northern Italy.
• Experience selling in a B2B sales environment.
• Sales activity experience using social media.
• Smart home market knowledge.
• Experience using tools like Microsoft Teams for webinars and remote customer report management.
• Sales experience in technology, consumer electronics, and services.
• Experience in the international workplace.
• Graduate.
