Role Description

We are seeking an articulate, highly persuasive Appointment Setting & Sales Operations Specialist based in South Africa to serve as the critical front-line partner to our senior closing team. In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end outbound setting pipeline. You will engage, re-warm, and qualify inbound and event leads generated through our dinner seminars, direct mailers, and digital campaigns. Your primary goal is to conduct diagnostic qualification calls, address initial inquiries with polish, and seamlessly book qualified prospects onto our senior closers' calendars for virtual or in-person sales presentations. You will also maintain clean pipeline mechanics in our CRM and leverage cutting-edge AI and automation tools designed to support your daily outreach workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
  • Multi-Channel Lead Re-Warming: Proactively reach out to warm leads generated from live dinner seminars, direct mail follow-ups, paid digital campaigns, and community event registrations using phone calls, SMS, and email.
  • Consultative Qualification: Engage prospects in diagnostic conversations to evaluate their needs, financial readiness for premium packages ($6k–$25k), and motivation level.
  • Consultation Booking: Schedule qualified prospects directly onto the calendars of our senior sales closers, issuing pre-appointment reminders and confirmation touches to ensure maximum attendance rates.
• Sales Support & Pipeline Management
  • CRM Hygiene & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, tracking lead status, contact outcomes, conversation notes, and scheduled consultations.
  • Closer Alignment: Act as the primary operational support for senior sales closers, providing pre-call briefs on prospective clients so closers step into calls fully prepared.
  • No-Show Recovery: Re-engage missed or canceled appointments quickly through automated sequences and personalized outreach to get prospects back on the schedule.
• AI & Process Automation Integration
  • Automated Workflow Utilization: Partner with our operations team to utilize AI-driven lead scoring, automated messaging cadences, and smart scheduling tools to maximize outreach volume and response times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of phone-based sales, appointment setting, or outbound lead qualification experience (preferably handling high-ticket services or consultative sales offerings).
• Flawless written and spoken English with an articulate, warm, and highly professional phone demeanor.
• Proven ability to navigate financial and timing objections gracefully while holding high standards for what constitutes a truly "qualified" meeting.
• Strong familiarity with modern CRM systems, pipeline tracking, integrated softphones, and calendar management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).
• Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US EST/CST business hours in a quiet, professional home office setup.

Preferred (Big Pluses)

• Experience in high-ticket sales, premium service packages, or consultative client onboarding.
• Exposure to offline-to-online marketing models (seminar sales, direct mail follow-up).
