Qualifications

2β3 years of verified success in customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing within the home services, residential construction, real estate, or home improvement sectors.

Exceptional verbal English communication skills, characterized by a professional phone presence and persuasive cadence.

Proficiency navigating corporate software portfolios, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), calendar software, and advanced remote cloud configurations.

Strong data entry skills and intense attention to detail.

Highly self-motivated and capable of maintaining a high-velocity output under minimal direct supervision.

Ownership of an isolated, completely quiet remote workspace free from background noises, a modern computer setup, and a stable, high-speed wired internet connection.
Requirements

Handles a high volume of inbound inquiries and outgoing outbound calls to capture and engage warm and cold prospective residential remodeling leads.

Utilizes persuasive, relationship-driven sales tactics to navigate objections, establish brand trust, and book high-intent in-home sales appointments for field Design Consultants.

Manages the active sales calendar, tracking consultant availability dynamically, and coordinating fluid appointment rescheduling loops when logistical conflicts arise.

Conducts strategic discovery conversations to verify demographic data, financing potential, scope of work interest, and property ownership variables.

Enters, updates, and monitors customer profiles inside the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, maintaining absolute data integrity and comprehensive call logs.

Learns, masters, and continuously implements the formalized Franchise Sales System, utilizing approved structural scripts, tools, and ongoing performance training modules.

Provides general remote office administrative support, processing incoming correspondence and elevating specific consumer service friction points to local management.
