As a Remote Allstate Sales Agent, you'll:

• Prospect new business, close sales, and help individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, personalized service, and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-up, networking, and agency marketing efforts.
• Quote, bind, and issue insurance policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers build more comprehensive insurance protection.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records using agency technology and CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required for remote consideration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and dependability.
• Customer-focused mindset and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology, CRM systems, and agency software.

• Ability to take coaching, learn quickly, and continuously develop your skills.
