[Hiring] Agent Growth Partner @LPT Realty

Role Description

The Agent Growth Partner owns the full agent recruiting funnel end to end, from first outreach through signed agent. AGPs connect with real estate agents interested in joining an LPT team, walk them through the value of the brokerage and their specific team, and guide them through the entire process of joining.

• Own and execute every step of the agent recruiting funnel, from initial outreach through close.
• Present LPT's brokerage value proposition and the specific team's offering (splits, lead volume, tech, support).
• Answer agent questions on compensation, compliance, and onboarding.
• Log and update every stage of the pipeline accurately in Follow Up Boss (FUB).
• Guide candidates through the LPT Connect intake process to formally join at the brokerage level.
• Hit daily/monthly KPI targets (completed appointments, hires, conversion rate).
• Ensure all commission eligibility requirements are met and documented for each hired agent.
• Report on pipeline health and key metrics to the VP of Inside Sales.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or inside sales experience, ideally consultative or relationship-based.
• Strong verbal communication, able to build trust quickly on the phone.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing a multi-stage pipeline of candidates.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, comfortable with a variable/commission-based comp structure.
• Comfortable using CRM tools to track and update pipeline status daily.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate, proptech, or brokerage environments (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or similar CRMs, and equivalent tech tools (Nice to Have).
• Experience owning a recruiting or sales funnel start to finish rather than working a handoff (Nice to Have).
