Role Description

This position works from home. The candidate must be able to work remotely with access to high speed internet living in and servicing the State of Oregon. Home office equipment provided.

• Oversee recruitment, development, growth, and performance management of independent agencies in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, expand market presence, and promote the company’s agency opportunity.
• Serve as primary contact for independent agencies and manage relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and partner cross-functionally to achieve growth and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of insurance product portfolio.
• Experience with underwriting, claims, risk assessment, recruiting methodologies, and performance management.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to assimilate data from various sources.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience typically required.
• Relevant industry designations preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
