[Hiring] Agency Development Partner @Indeed

Role Description

As an Agency Development Partner (ADP) on the Public Sector team at Indeed, you will play a key role in working with agencies of record across the Indeed client base. You'll develop strategic relationships to ensure we deliver value to agencies and leverage your expertise working with government clients, public-sector procurement processes, and the contracts and purchasing vehicles used to support government agency partnerships.

• Educate agencies on the most effective ways to leverage Indeed's 200+ million monthly users.
• Equip agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and position hiring, sourcing, and employer branding solutions.
• Partner effectively with public-sector sellers, resellers, and distributors to identify opportunities.
• Navigate government procurement requirements and grow agency relationships.
• Drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with key agency partners through strategic alliances, education, client collaboration, and ideation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
• Experience working with government clients, public-sector procurement processes, and the contracts and purchasing vehicles used to support government agency partnerships.
• Experience in a media agency or related field, with a preference for working in collaborative environments.
• Established relationships within agencies and demonstrated success building external partnerships.
• Experience with investment planning, deal management, and performance reporting.
• Ability to think strategically about complex, channel-specific challenges.
• Understanding of digital media and talent acquisition marketing landscapes.
• Self-directed and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Requirements

• Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experience to Indeed’s top managed agency partners.
• Build compelling, data-driven, agency growth plans designed to grow the agency partnership, improve fluency in Indeed’s product suite, and grow revenue and new product adoption.
• Synchronize agency plans with the internal cross-functional teams (Direct Employer Sales, Marketing, Product Specialists) to further develop managed agency strategies across regions and end clients to scale revenue.
• Maintain and improve primary agency relationships from executive C and B-level to specific account teams including media planners and buyers.
• Assess and distribute key business metric reporting and insights to monitor assigned agency business performance on an ongoing basis.
• Develop and conduct educational roadshows / bootcamp-style training to inform about best practices for using Indeed for their clients.
• Provide input to Product Marketing & Product teams about advertiser & agency insights and needs for new products, features, and solutions.
• The anticipated travel requirement for this role is up to 50% of working time.
