Role Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in the area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to participate in the Hub delivery partner program. Your role involves collaborating with a Field Manager and other local contractors to:

• Visit potential businesses
• Pitch the program
• Qualify businesses
• Guide them through the application process
• Drive referrals
• Coordinate recruitment events

This role requires travel within your designated territory and offers the potential to earn commission.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of field sales experience
• Experience in account management and CRM, with Salesforce being preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or another language is required
• 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Field sales experience is a must
• Reliable transportation is necessary for travel around Brooklyn

Requirements

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns such as Brooklyn and the Bronx
• Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activity in Salesforce
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and town hall meetings
• Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
