Role Description
As the Account Manager for Benelux, you will act as the strategic architect for this critical market, defining the long-term commercial roadmap for our professional partners who design, sell, install, and service Sonos solutions.

Own the regional channel strategy, identifying untapped market segments and driving complex commercial initiatives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to EMEA leadership and Global IS leadership, influencing regional resource allocation.

Champion best practices that elevate the entire professional sales organization.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Channel Leadership:
Define and own the 3-year strategic growth plan for the Benelux Professional channel.

Commercial Innovation:
Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to recommend and implement new commercial models.

High-Stakes Partnership Management:
Own the relationship strategy for strategic Tier-1 partners, negotiating commercial agreements.

Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Lead cross-functional task forces to solve systemic regional challenges.

Forecasting & Business Health:
Drive the accuracy and reliability of the regional forecast; analyze complex sales data.

Voice of the Market:
Act as the primary conduit between the Benelux market and EMEA/Global Product & Engineering teams.

Mentorship & Standards:
Onboard new hires and establish "gold standard" processes for account planning.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or channel sales leadership.

Proven track record of defining and executing territory growth strategies.

Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial terms and managing high-stakes relationships.

Strong financial acumen: Ability to build business cases and manage P&L implications.

Proven track record in developing long-term professional partnerships.

Proactive Problem Solver: Adept at managing time-sensitive and demanding stakeholders.

Experience influencing internal cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to travel regularly within the Benelux region and occasionally within EMEA.
Preferred Qualifications

Deep network and understanding of the Benelux Professional AV and Smart Home installer landscape.

Experience launching new product categories or entering new market verticals.

Experience mentoring peers or leading project teams.

Multilingual proficiency (English, Dutch, French) is highly valued.
