Role Description
Your main missions will be:

Owning the sales cycle from beginning to end

Identify strategic targets in the Public sector and prospect when needed
-
Prepare for and meet with prospects ahead of RfPs (calls for tenders)

Respond to relevant RfPs - there is an important written and project management part
-
Prepare for and participate in oral presentations
-
Post-win, oversee Alan's deployment in collaborations with Key Account Manager and ensure admins and members high satisfaction

Continuous improvement
-
Contribute to shaping the playbook through creative problem-solving and pioneering new approaches
-
Support the team in standardizing and industrializing our RfP response process to increase efficiency and win rates
-
Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform Alan's public sector strategy, consolidating RfP debriefs, client expectations, and competitive differentiators
-
Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to ensure Alan's offerings remain competitive and tailored to Public accounts
-
Share information, debriefs, and lessons learned with the Public Sector team to drive collective improvement
-
CRM: contribute to building the appropriate set-up in Salesforce to track sales activity of public segment and ensure proper hygiene for the entire team

Qualifications

Prior experience leading change management initiatives: shifting mindsets (e.g., from paper-based to digital-first, from insurance as a commodity to health enabler) is key to win in Public.

Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain trust in a relationship-driven sector

Willingness to spend time on-the-ground: face-to-face onsite interactions are highly valued by Public sector institutions
-
Strong desire to understand the Belgian public sector structure, procurement processes, and key stakeholders
-
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced and intense environment
-
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across various crews and communities
-
Full working proficiency in Dutch (C2 and above) including in formal context and advanced level in English
-
You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Belgium
Requirements

Full working proficiency in French;
-
Prior experience with RfPs is a clear plus;

Outstanding project management capabilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail

Adaptability and resilience in navigating the complexities of public sector sales cycle

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
