[Hiring] Account Executive II @Hudl

Role Description

We’re looking for an Account Executive II to join our team and work directly with sports organisations across Korea, Vietnam, & Indonesia. You’ll primarily focus on the elite football space. As a Sales team, our goal is to understand our clients' pain points and help them make the most of our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to focus on sourcing and signing new customers.

Location: We are currently considering remote candidates based in either Korea or Singapore.

• You have some experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• You speak Korean and English fluently.

• A relentless closer with high-velocity drive, using creative negotiation to convert a steady mix of inbound and outbound leads into done deals.
• You own your territory by mapping out your days with the prospects you’re going to contact.

• You build relationships and network naturally.
• You’re not afraid to call the decision-makers and close a sale.
• You love to talk to people, whether it’s in person, on the phone or over video calls.
• You proactively plan and reimagine how to help customers.

• You’re happy to hit the road and visit customers on a consistent basis, as often as a few times a month.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the sporting environment, particularly Football is strongly preferred.
• You understand SaaS sales methodologies and consulting methodologies.
• You know why we always put the customer first and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.

Compensation

The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band. Our compensation decisions are based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices. Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.

• Base Salary Range: $55,125 — $91,875 SGD
• On-Target Earnings: $110,250 — $183,750 SGD
