Role Description

The Account Executive, Enterprise and Social Movements is a quota-carrying role focused on selling into:

• Unions
• Ballot measures
• Referendums
• Grassroots and mid-size progressive nonprofit organizations

This role emphasizes outreach, discovery, and early-cycle relationship development, with a strong commitment to driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, relationship building, and promoting our SaaS solutions tailored for the progressive, political organizing community.

Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify leads from the progressive and social change ecosystem.
• Conduct consultative discovery to identify solution fit.
• Deliver platform demonstrations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in organizing, nonprofit work, or sales.
• Strong understanding of mission-driven tech buyers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of organizing models in unions, nonprofits, and movements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced political cycles.
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales tech tools.
