HighTechLending is celebrating 20 years in business and expanding our Wholesale team! We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Account Executive with an established network of mortgage brokers, TPOs, and loan originators to help us introduce our innovative Equity Select product to the market.

This is a ground floor opportunity to bring a new product to the brokers you already know and trust, while expanding your existing business with an innovative equity solution designed for homeowners who may not fit traditional mortgage products.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Wholesale Account Executive in the Mortgage Industry
• Established relationships with mortgage brokers, TPOs, and loan originators
• Experience with Non-QM or specialty mortgage products
• Strong experience and industry relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prospecting and follow through skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
