Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team. What You'll Do

• Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage decision-makers through outbound outreach and self-generated lead development.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations.
• Analyze merchant processing statements and business needs to create customized proposals.
• Present compelling value propositions that address client challenges and drive business outcomes.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity records within the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and Skyline Payments' products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchant services, B2B sales, or outbound sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience prospecting and generating your own leads.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Excellent objection-handling and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and financial data.
• Experience selling payment processing, FinTech, SaaS, or related business solutions is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
• Experience analyzing merchant statements and payment processing solutions preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a high-performance sales environment.
