Role Description

Join the sales team at an early-stage behavioral health technology company as a full-cycle Account Executive. You will help expand access to an AI-powered platform by building pipeline, closing new business, and shaping the sales approach as the company grows.

• Own the full sales cycle with mid-market behavioral health organizations, from outbound prospecting and pipeline development through close.
• Build pipeline alongside an SDR and lead discovery with clinical, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
• Tailor the value proposition to each organization and manage opportunities ranging from $30,000 to more than $1 million in annual contract value.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time for customer meetings, partner discussions, conferences, and industry events.
• Help develop and refine the sales motion, qualification standards, and playbooks as the commercial team scales.
• Carry a monthly quota and contribute to revenue growth after an approximately two-month ramp.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience, including full-cycle selling and a track record of winning new customers.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations, particularly behavioral health providers, and familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows.
• Experience selling to both clinical and finance leaders, with the ability to navigate healthcare technology purchasing decisions.
• Background in an early-stage startup or small company, including helping define sales processes rather than relying only on an established playbook.
• Hands-on closing experience, comfort with CRM and sales engagement tools, and willingness to travel approximately 30%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Benefits

• Base salary is $125,000 to $150,000 USD annually.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
