Role Description

The Swiss market is full of ambitious companies trapped by hiring borders. As our Account Executive Switzerland, your mission is powerful: Open up the world's talent pool to Swiss companies.

• Own the full sales cycle for your Swiss accounts, from first conversation to onboarded talent.
• Ask the second and third question to uncover hiring needs and compliance stakes.
• Equip your HR champion with arguments that resonate with Finance, Legal, and leadership.
• Create urgency, negotiate with confidence, and keep deals moving.
• Collaborate with BDRs to pursue the biggest opportunities in your territory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS.
• Self-driven with a track record of hitting or beating quotas.
• Sharp discovery and qualification skills using methodologies like MEDDICC.
• Comfortable with cold calling and engaging busy founders.
• AI-savvy and organized, with an up-to-date CRM.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Native Swiss German and business-fluent English, or fluent in both German and French.

Requirements

• Existing network among HR leaders or founders in Switzerland.
• Experience with HR tech, payroll, EOR, or compliance-heavy solutions.
• French language skills to open doors in Romandy.
• Creativity in reaching hiring managers directly.
