[Hiring] Account Executive @Automox

Role Description

We’re hiring an Account Executive who wants to take that story to market and show IT and security leaders a better way to manage endpoint risk.

• Prospect relentlessly to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new opportunities.
• Drive new business revenue growth across assigned accounts.
• Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to rigorously qualify opportunities, build business justification, and score deals for forecast accuracy.
• Articulate clear, value-based business justification for customer purchase decisions, aligning Automox solutions with both technical and business drivers.
• Deliver compelling, consultative product demos that address specific customer challenges.
• Collaborate with XDRs, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Gong.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in IT security or infrastructure software.
• Remote (at home) sales experience and motivation to build your own at-home momentum.
• A strong hunter mentality with grit, persistence, and a proven track record of prospecting and winning new business.
• An objective approach to selling, with a focus on identifying risk and executing on plans to overcome it.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC (or similar methodology) and the ability to build justification frameworks that drive customer purchase decisions.
• Technical aptitude and credibility with IT professionals, CISOs, and senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive in driving pipeline growth and closing business.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining focus on results.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with the drive to help build and grow Automox’s success.
