[Hiring] Account Executive @KaraFun Invest

Role Description

We’re hiring our second salesperson in Europe. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team and take ownership of new business across European markets outside France, in particular the UK and Germany. This is a builder’s role: you’ll follow the playbook that already works, and adapt it as you go - testing what lands in each market, closing your own deals, and shaping how we sell here next.

You’ll spend most of your time prospecting: finding karaoke room owners, entertainment venues, and hospitality chains, reaching out, running demos, and closing. You’ll also help refine our sales process as we expand - inbound is growing but still limited, so outbound hustle matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, hospitality, or entertainment
• Fluent English and German
• A genuine appetite for the product - you like music, karaoke, or nightlife culture
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable building structure from scratch, not just following a script
• Strong hunter instincts - you enjoy prospecting and aren’t afraid of a full pipeline of cold outreach
• Proficiency with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Aircall, etc.
• Based in or willing to travel across Europe. Preference for candidates based in the UK or Germany. Willingness to travel is essential for the role.

Requirements

• Prospect and build a pipeline across your markets - cold outreach, events, partnerships, referrals
• Run product demos and close deals with independent venues and larger chains alike
• Own your numbers: pipeline, close rate, and revenue targets for your region
• Adapt our existing playbook to local markets, and feed learnings back to the team
• Work closely with marketing and product to sharpen positioning and messaging
• Build relationships with key accounts and multi-site groups for long-term growth
