[Hiring] Account Executive @Ideals

Role Description

This is a fully remote role that requires traveling to client sites for in-person consultations.

To support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR line of business in the US, we are looking for an Account Executive (Business Development Associate) based in the Dallas area. Joining our Key Accounts Sales team alongside your NYC, Chicago, Boston, Washington, D.C., Charlotte, Atlanta & Miami teammates, you will:

• Proactively prospect outbound opportunities and acquire new customers, with the ultimate goal of closing deals.
• Actively reach out to 30-40 new customers monthly and manage a pipeline of 50+ opportunities.
• Engage proactively with C-suite and key account decision-makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors.

Qualifications

• 1.5-2 years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within B2B or professional services sector.
• Experience in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging with decision-makers.
• A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing high-value deals.
• Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• University degree with a strong overall GPA.

Requirements

• SaaS, financial, fintech, or information security industries background (nice to have).
• Fluency in an additional language (nice to have).
