[Hiring] Account Executive @Patch

Role Description

You are a smart, dynamic thinker who is competitive and passionate about sales. As a Local Sales Account Executive, you are enthusiastic about reaching and exceeding monthly quotas, as well as maintaining a high level of daily activity to properly maintain a robust pipeline. Our sales team is competitive and energetic, and as a member of the team, you will be eager to grow within the nation’s number one regional site for creating original content.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals on a consistent basis
• Manage the full sales-cycle, from setting the meeting to pitching to the close
• Conduct outbound sales calls to assigned prospects
• Consistent daily call and email activity that continues to build a plentiful pipeline
• Focus on being a Patch ambassador while building a rapport with prospects in a transactional sales environment
• Provide exemplary customer service/relationship management by working with your account manager

Qualifications

• A natural born seller - This is a junior sales position for those with the gift to sell
• Ability to articulate yourself well on the phone while sounding positive, engaging and convincing
• A passion to succeed and achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, “can-do” attitude
• Online advertising sales background, SaaS sales or digital knowledge is a plus
• Must have at least 1-2 years of sales experience
• Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is preferred
• Must be a self-starter, possess high energy and focus, and be competitive in nature
• Must have the ability to quickly adapt to new processes or directions
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Requirements

• Annual salary: $45,000 - $50,000, commensurate with talent and experience in addition to uncapped discretionary sales bonus which can vary based on performance.
