[Hiring] Account Executive @Perseus Group, Constellation Software

Role Description

As a full-cycle Account Executive, you'll own your pipeline from prospecting to close. You'll work inbound leads, build outbound pipeline, and partner with our Solutions Specialists to demo and close deals with automotive repair shops across North America.

This is a high-velocity sales environment. You'll also have the opportunity to grow accounts you've already won, with upsell potential especially as we continue launching new products.

You don't need to have done this for 10 years. We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of full-cycle or advanced SDR experience who's ready to level up — someone who's been put in front of customers, can close on the spot, and wants to build something.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Qualifying and following up on inbound leads, as well as proactively building outbound pipeline
• Running demos with and closing deals with customers
• Owning your accounts post-close — identifying upsell and expansion opportunities as new products launch
• Building relationships with decision-makers and guiding prospects through their buying process
• Staying flexible: our team is growing and evolving, so you may take on back-to-base or re-contracting work as priorities shift
• Keeping your CRM up to date and tracking your activity with discipline

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a full-cycle AE role or a strong SDR background with demo and closing experience
• Sales instincts — you know how to work a short cycle and close transactional deals
• Confidence on the phone and comfort making outbound calls
• A closer mentality: you follow up, you hustle, and you get the deal done
• Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and in-person
• Self-motivation and the drive to thrive in a results-oriented environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive repair or dealership space (Bonus Points)
• A genuine love of cars and the automotive world (Bonus Points)
