[Hiring] Account Executive @Glofy

Role Description

You own the entire cycle: source it, call it, run discovery, demo, negotiate, close it. There is no SDR feeding you meetings. You generate your own pipeline.

This is a phone-heavy role by design. The same person who closes also dials, every day, at volume. You'll run outbound calls through a parallel dialer alongside managing your active deals. If you're looking for an AE seat where prospecting is someone else's job, this is the wrong role — we'd rather you skip it than be surprised in week two.

• Work a curated, signal-scored list of US-based B2B software accounts from 50-500 employees
• Run high-volume outbound calls
• Run your own discovery and product demos
• Negotiate and close

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing B2B software deals into the US market, carrying and hitting a quota
• Genuine self-sourced pipeline experience
• Demonstrated comfort with high call volume
• Fluent English
• Full US Eastern time-zone overlap and a reliable home-office setup: stable high-speed internet, quiet environment, quality headset
• Resilience and coachability

Requirements

• Nice to have:
• Sold to sales, revenue operations, or GTM leaders specifically
• High-velocity deal experience — short cycles, higher deal counts
• Hands-on with a parallel dialer (Nooks, Orum, Salesfinity, ConnectAndSell)
• Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or LeadIQ experience
• Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and AI-assisted prospecting
• Experience operating in Claude (code and projects)
