Role Description

Our client, Sign on Tab, is looking for their first direct Account Executive for the Greek market. In this role, you will play a key role in expanding Sign on Tab’s presence across Greece. You will be responsible for building and managing your own sales pipeline — from qualified opportunities to signed contracts.

This is a unique opportunity to enter a market where Sign on Tab already has active customers, live integrations, and growing market awareness — but where direct sales is only now being scaled locally. You will work closely with our client's HQ team, regional partners, onboarding specialists, and technical teams to drive new business and long-term customer relationships in Greece.

Sign on Tab is a tablet-based SaaS solution for digitising patient consents and other documentation. They do not replace Hospital Information Systems (HIS) — they integrate with them. Your role will be to sell value, efficiency, compliance, and operational improvements — not just software features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in: SaaS / software, Healthcare IT or Medical technology with a software component
• Experience selling complex or enterprise-level solutions
• Confidence managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Native or professional-level Greek is mandatory
• Strong English for internal communication and international collaboration
• Candidate must currently live in Greece
