[Hiring] Account Director @Broadcom

Role Description

As an Account Director, you are responsible for selling Broadcom’s Storage Networking portfolio and services directly and through the channel ecosystem to end-user customers across your assigned territory. This is a quota carrying position located in the Greater Toronto area covering clients across Ontario and Western Canada.

In this role, you'll help Broadcom by:

• Employing strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully identify, qualify, and win sales opportunities
• Managing a pipeline of active deals to ensure long term book-of-business sustainability
• Creating and achieving long-term and short-term account-based revenue objectives (i.e. Annual Business Plan, Quarterly Territory Plan, etc.)
• Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior level decision makers in your assigned accounts and partners
• Effectively communicating Broadcom's ability to address customers' Enterprise storage needs and overall IT business objectives
• Demonstrating proficiency in proposal creation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• 10+ years' experience in a customer-facing B2B role, or equivalent level of education and experience
• Prior experience in meeting/exceeding sales quota
• Strong understanding of a value-based sales approach
• Significant experience in managing a pipeline of active deals
• Proven leadership ability in directing cross-functional virtual teams

Benefits

• The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is CAD 169,000.00 To CAD 270,000.00
• OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary.
