Role Description

As VP of Growth, you will lead high-value enterprise sales, drive strategic deal execution, and expand Validation Cloud’s presence in the blockchain ecosystem. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and managing a pipeline of complex, high-value deals, working closely with blockchain foundations, enterprises, and institutional clients.

  • Own full-cycle sales engagements, from prospecting to closing, with blockchain foundations, enterprises, and institutional clients.
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that expands Validation Cloud’s reach across the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of complex, high-value strategic deals.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with blockchain ecosystems, validators, and institutional partners to drive adoption.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging revenue streams in blockchain infrastructure.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, providing insights on market dynamics, competition, and client needs.
  • Represent Validation Cloud at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or growth within blockchain, fintech, or cloud infrastructure.
  • A strong track record of closing high-value deals ($100K+) with blockchain foundations, institutions, or enterprise clients.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, validator services, staking, RPC solutions, and multi-product platforms.
  • Experience working at a top Web3 company (e.g., blockchain protocols, infrastructure providers, or high-growth Web3 startups).
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion in a rapidly evolving industry.

Requirements

  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of blockchain infrastructure and its applications.
  • Ability to develop and execute high-value sales strategies while managing long, complex deal cycles.
  • Self-sufficient, highly motivated by performance-based success, and driven by revenue outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to industry events and client meetings.
