Role Description

Are you confident on the phone and driven by results?

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities (“leads”).
• Schedule appointments for the sales and/or advisory team to ensure effective follow-up.
• Provide clear and basic information about products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and friendly communication.
• Promote the company’s services and support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in marketing activities and promotions.
• Market and sell tables and tickets for company events and promotions.
• Work consistently towards daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Uphold a professional and positive telephone manner at all times.
• Follow internal processes and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing or a call centre environment will be advantageous.
• Own reliable phone to make outgoing calls.
• Strong communication written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable working on the phone and engaging with people.
• Basic computer skills.

Benefits

• Salary: R7 500 – R15 000.
• Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30.
