Role Description

Join our Rotational Program, a comprehensive 18-month journey designed to develop the next generation of Sales Engineers specializing in Embedded x86 and FPGA technologies. This program provides immersive experiences across multiple disciplines, empowering you with technical expertise, resources, and business acumen to thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

The person we are looking for is a passionate, tech-savvy, and driven graduate or entry-level engineering professional who wants to learn and apply their technical degrees in a dynamic role. Your mission will be to own the AMD customer relationship, ensuring alignment, providing consultative guidance, and enabling your customer with AMD technology. Excellence in organization, self-driven, and problem-solving skills is important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through 3-4 departments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:
    • Product Marketing
    • Technical Marketing
    • Business Operations
    • Sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems using Embedded x86 and/or FPGA-based solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to identify their challenges and propose solutions.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Embedded x86 and FPGA hardware, software tools, and design methodologies.
  • Develop and present technical presentations, demos, and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Requirements

  • Understanding of digital design, FPGA architectures, and x86 processors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and tackle challenges in diverse environments.
  • Passion for solving challenging customer problems and sharing solutions with peers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer interactions or training.
