Role Description
As a Strategic Account Manager for our Brands platform, you are responsible for developing and managing client relationships. You are the primary relationship owner for Rithum Retail Media clients under a managed services agreement.
You play a critical role in driving performance, strategic opportunities as aligned with client objectives, and ensuring the seamless management of scope as defined in the agreement.
You have a deep knowledge of ecommerce dynamics, channel-specific requirements and best practices, and an understanding of economic trends to effectively guide client strategy. You align Rithum’s services with each client’s business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and adapting strategies to achieve client renewals and expansions.
You design and execute client roadmaps, leveraging performance insights, industry trends, and cross-functional collaboration with our Technical Execution, Sales, and Product teams to exceed client goals. This role requires a proactive approach to account health, mitigating risks, and supporting successful client renewals.
