Role Description

You'll be joining the team leading Entrust's Identity portfolio, including the solutions formerly Onfido (AI-powered digital identity solution). With the completed acquisition, Entrust now provides the industry's most comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered, identity-centric security solutions.

  • Our technology helps businesses verify real identities using AI and biometrics, ensuring secure remote customer and business onboarding.
  • By assessing government-issued IDs and facial biometrics with innovative dashboards and fraud signals, we provide companies with the assurance they need to operate securely while allowing people to access services quickly and safely.
  • We are looking for experienced, methodical and passionate sales professional to drive growth in the America’s region.
  • Our Sr. Sales Executives are responsible for the development, qualification and acceleration of their opportunities.
  • You’ll work as a trusted advisor to deeply understand prospects’ challenges and goals and articulate the value of prospective clients.
  • You will be part of a high performing team working closely with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Onboarding and Implementation teams.
  • Our ideal candidate is adept at building strong relationships and able to acquire a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Play the role of a pipeline and key prospect strategy builder by understanding our customers’ business goals and creating key partnerships to know their business inside and out.
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Accurate and timely update of all opportunities in SFDC.
  • Develop long term strategies for pipelines and making plans to achieve certain pipeline KPIs.
  • Position yourself as a dedicated resource for expansion account growth.
  • Work closely with customers and key prospects as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals.
  • Lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of deals, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring and negotiation.
  • Become a subject matter expert, representing Onfido at Entrust.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in a quota carrying software or technology sales role with a history of selling either Security Software, Infrastructure Software or Identity Software.
  • Succeeded in a fast paced and competitive market having had ownership of prospecting and expansion.
  • Proven experience in managing complex deals.
  • Experience with pipeline building and maintaining pipeline health.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with large customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with researching market trends and generating more sales.
  • Experience in carrying a quota and consistently hitting sales targets.
  • Skilled in managing time and resources; have a sound approach to qualifying opportunities coupled with strong business acumen.
  • A strong desire to be successful, you’ll be a goal-oriented team player.
  • Able to adopt in a fast paced, high growth environment to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Active interest in the importance and value of working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, partners and colleagues.
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the identity or security industry.
  • MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Force Management trained.

Compensation Range

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $126,380-$185,357 per year (in the primary posting location). This position is also eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience and actual performance against the assigned sales compensation plan.
