[Hiring] Sr. Account Executive @GenWay Home Mortgage, Inc.

Role Description

The main goal of the Senior Account Executive will be to partner with Brokers to submit loans and maintain their Sales pipeline.

• Maintains sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports and uses OptifiNow.
• Works together with Operations Staff to facilitate loans from Submission to Funding.
• Responsible for establishing new business, developing current business relationships, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Obtains approval packages for new clients when needed.
• Responsible for soliciting business from mortgage entities (Open territory).
• Follows up on potential clients.
• Provides ongoing service support to clients.
• Communicates and trains clients on GenWay’s products, policies, and procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines.
• Represents the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner by providing an exceptional level of customer service, supporting the mission statement, and adhering to core values.
• Supports the organization’s goals and values, gives and welcomes feedback, and contributes to building a positive team spirit.
• Additional responsibilities as management sees fit.

Work Environment

• This role is fully remote and performed from the employee’s home or another approved off-site location.
• The company provides essential equipment such as computer, headset, and webcam.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace are expected.

Competencies

• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as Account Executive inside or outside sales in Wholesale lending channel.
• Prior Wholesale/Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive experience required.
• Proven track record of success in Sales.
• Minimum of 3 years mortgage industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CRM Experience – OptifiNow preferred.
• Experience with Encompass.
