Role Description
The Sr. Solution Engineer operates as a strategic partner to Sales, jointly accountable for advancing and winning complex enterprise opportunities. Working closely with Account Executives, you will help shape deal strategy from early discovery through final decision, ensuring technical, operational, and business stakeholders align around a clear vision of value. This role requires strong collaboration with sales leadership to qualify opportunities, identify decision drivers, and position Aera’s Decision Intelligence platform as a transformative capability rather than a point solution.
In partnership with Sales, you will lead the technical narrative of the deal, translating customer challenges into a compelling future-state powered by Aera. Through discovery, workshops, demos, and proof-of-value engagements, you will guide customers through a structured decision journey that builds confidence in both the platform and the business outcomes it enables.
The most successful Solution Engineers operate as trusted advisors to customers and trusted partners to Sales, combining technical expertise with commercial awareness to accelerate deal momentum and maximize win probability.
