Role Description

• Champion our partners and their solutions, serving as a trusted expert who can clearly communicate value, address questions, and handle objections with confidence for audiences ranging from technical admins to C-suite leaders.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing partner-branded solutions to customers and prospects, illustrating how our technology solves real business challenges and drives measurable value.
• Elevate the customer and partner experience by continuously reinforcing the value of Alegeus solutions, helping customers understand how our capabilities support their goals and improve outcomes.
• Enable partner sales teams for success by educating account teams on competitive dynamics, equipping them with winning strategies and tactics, and contributing to setting goals, strategies, and plans that drive revenue.
• Bridge customer needs with product innovation by collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering to bring customer insight into roadmap discussions while staying ahead of future enhancements.
• Drive opportunity creation and technical leadership by working with account teams to identify and qualify opportunities, providing technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, and traveling up to 25% to support customer and partner engagements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science or similar field preferred.
• Direct experience in technical presales; demonstrated initiative in past work with a high level of responsibility and success.
