Role Description
Our client, in the SaaS and digital payments space, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their remote team. In this role, you'll shape and execute a vertical-focused sales strategy with the CEO, owning the entire sales process from prospect outreach, through demo to closing multi-year deals.
- Manage one SDR
- Collaborate with external agencies
- Engage directly with prospects across a variety of industries
This position requires experience selling both SaaS and services, in fintech or payment-adjacent technologies and a deep understanding of business-to-consumer digital payments is key. To be successful in this dynamic role, you must bring creative thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit, and self-motivation. Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Create and manage multi-touch demand generation campaigns
- Lead strategy on outbound outreach including email, calls, and LinkedIn
- Manage and mentor a full-time SDR
- Conduct tailored demos that address specific use cases
- Build and nurture strong prospect relationships
- Collaborate with external sales agency on high-volume outreach
- Report on pipeline activity and deal probabilities weekly
- Liaise between sales, ops, and customer success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS & services sales experience required
- Experience in fintech or payments technology required
- Demonstrated ability to close multi-year contracts, meeting/exceeding $1MIL+ quota required
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn as a resource to the sales process required
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM software and sales automation tools required
- Willingness/ability to travel up to 15-20% preferred
