Role Description
As the Senior Manager, Sales you will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence, growth, and achievement within our sales teams.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing inbound sales team including front-line team members and managers.
- Set clear performance expectations, and provide coaching and mentorship to ensure team members achieve their targets.
- Collaborate with the Director, Sales to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
- Plan, recruit and onboard teams to deliver against sales goals and targets.
- Continuously assess and improve the sales process, tools, and methodologies.
- Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the company mission and goals.
- Uphold company culture by being humble, supportive, and dedicated to helping small businesses succeed.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales management or team leadership.
- Extensive background as a front-line or second line sales leader in a high-volume, short-cycle, B2B environment.
- Experience leading and driving cross-functional projects and teams.
- Proven track record of personal and professional excellence, career growth, consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel spreadsheets, and data-driven methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passionate commitment to sales and helping small businesses achieve greater success.
Requirements
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail and execution.
- Dedication to coaching and development, with the ability to identify strengths and growth opportunities in team members.
- Proficiency in articulating and communicating strategic ideas to executives.
- Remote in Canada with the ability to travel periodically.

- Base salary of $91,000 and a commission of $61,000, for an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $152,000.
